The Vibenometry Diagnostic is designed for leaders who:

How the Diagnostic works
Phase 1 – Intake & Context (Days 1–3)
We start by understanding your situation and constraints.
Briefing with the sponsor (Founder/CEO, COO, or functional leader).
Review of org charts, key metrics, incentives, and existing strategy or transformation plans.
Alignment on where you’re feeling friction and what “success” would look like if we changed nothing else except the human dynamics.
Phase 2 – Fieldwork & Pattern Scan (Days 4–10)
We go see how your system behaves in the wild.
1:1 conversations with a curated set of leaders and frontline operators.
Observation of a small number of critical meetings or decision moments.
Rapid scan of incentives, communication flows, and the “unwritten rules” that quietly govern behavior.
Phase 3 – Synthesis & Readout (Days 11–15)
We pull the patterns together and make them actionable.
A concise findings document: what we saw, how it connects, and why it matters.
A live readout session (60–90 minutes) with your leadership to walk through the map, discuss implications, and prioritize actions.
Clear options for what to do next, including the choice to implement changes yourself or to engage Vibenometry for deeper work.
Pricing (example range)
Every Diagnostic is scoped around your context — size of the org, number of stakeholders, and how deep you want us to go.
To give you a sense of scale, most Vibenometry Diagnostics land in the $10,000–$25,000 range for a 2–3 week engagement. Smaller, tightly focused diagnostics or deeper, multi-team versions are possible.

When a Diagnostic is not a fit
A Diagnostic is probably not the right tool if:
You only want a motivational workshop or generic “culture training”.
You’re looking for a large consulting team to produce hundreds of slides.
There is no executive sponsor willing to act on what we find.
